For our customers our services represent an integral component of their general work chain. Therefore, we are among those responsible for economically efficient and timely implementation of end client’s general project.
The awareness of this responsibility helps us to find the right ways to manage our projects, while our policy obliges us to keep our clients informed of the current status of their orders. This process also includes a risk management system that presupposes cooperation only with trusted and reliable suppliers, flexible response to possible problems, quick search for alternative options of problem solving without missing final project deadlines and compromising the translation quality.
Customers need to have a contact person, with whom they can build trust-based relations. Therefore, every one of our customers has a personal project manager responsible for close long-term cooperation, and this allows us to ensure a high level of efficiency at all stages of the project fulfilment.
